You are an international student, and you would like to do part of your studies at the Institut Catholique de Toulouse? We welcome students from our partner universities around the world for a short-term or a long-term stay. Please check the world map to see if your university has an Erasmus+ agreement or a cooperation agreement with us.

Nomination and application process for students from partner universities
Your home university must officially nominate you as an exchange student before you can apply. Please ask your International Relation Office to send us an email ( Incoming@ict-toulouse.fr) before :
Nominations deadlines:
Autumn/1st semester : 15th May
Spring/2nd semester : 15th October
Once nominated by your home institution, you will receive an email with detailed information about the application process.
Applications must be submitted with all required documents by the following deadlines:

Language requirements
Be careful to have a B2 level in French to study in Bachelor’s programs, and A2 level in French to study French at IULCF (DELF certificate, as a proof if you have).
Free movers
You are an international student interested in studying at the Institut Catholique de Toulouse, but your university does not currently have an agreement with us? Prior to applying to our university, it is necessary to complete the enrolment procedure with Campus France.
Once your application has been accepted by ICT, you will need to complete the administrative formalities at the French Embassy. Please note that you will be responsible for paying ICT’s tuition fees.
It is the responsibility of the applicant to organise their entire stay in France, both before, during and after their studies.
Please be advised that ICT gives priority to international students from partner universities and encourages mobility through exchange agreements.
As a free mover, you’ll need to pay the CVEC tax, «contribution vie étudiante», 90€ to the CROUS :
ICT’s issues three categories of diplomas :
- State diplomas (the Licence, the Master and Doctorat/PdD)
- Canonical diplomas issued by the Holy See of Rome (Baccalauréat, Licence, and Doctorat in Sacred Theology, Canon Law and Philosophy)
- ICT’s own diplomas (the Diplôme universitaire).
