Come and study at the ICT

You are an international student and you would like to do part of your studies at the Institut Catholique de Toulouse? We welcome Erasmus+ students as well as students from our partner universities outside Europe.

Please check the world map to see if your university has an Erasmus+ agreement or a cooperation agreement with us.

Enrolment procedure for students from partner universities

You must first apply through your home university, which will send an official letter or email to our International Office. Once your university has confirmed your admission, you must send us the following documents by email:

  • a copy of your passport or identity card + visa (for non-European nationals)
  • an academic transcript
  • a certificate confirming that you have a CEFR B2 level in French
  • a copy of your European Health Insurance Card and a copy of a private health insurance card
  • 1 photo (Jpeg) with your name (ex. : Pierre.Dupont.jpeg)
  • the declaration of consent

You will then receive a letter of acceptance from the Institut Catholique de Toulouse.

Free movers

You are an international student interested in studying at the Institut Catholique de Toulouse, but your university does not currently have an agreement with us? Prior to applying to our university, it is necessary to complete the enrolment procedure with Campus France.

Following the acceptance of your application by the ICT, the administrative formalities must be completed at the French Embassy. Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying the ICT tuition fees.

It is the responsibility of the applicant to organise their entire stay in France, both before, during and after their studies at the ICT.

Please be advised that the ICT gives priority to international students from partner universities and encourages mobility through exchange agreements.
